What you will do

• Perform data entry and validation of energy rebate requests.
• Ensure program deliverables are met by processing rebates accurately.
• Consistently meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment.
• Maintain high production standards (90%+) and accuracy ratings (99%).

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Previous experience in data entry (a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain a dedicated home office space free of disruptions.
• Home internet: minimum 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download with hardwired connection.
