What you will do

• Assess AI readiness and identify high-value use cases for Joule agents and skills.
• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Build custom Joule skills and AI agents to optimize business functions like finance, HR, and supply chain.
• Configure SAP BTP environments, destinations, action projects, and role collections for Joule Studio.
• Produce solution design documents, effort estimates, and implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor junior team members and deliver training sessions to client IT staff.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Joule Studio (Skill Builder & Agent Builder).
• Experience with SAP Build Process Automation and enterprise workflow automation.
• Proficiency in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using REST APIs and OData services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot integration and cross-platform agent interoperability.
• Knowledge of SAP CAP, LLM concepts, or prompt engineering.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors AI features.
• SAP BTP, SAP Build, or SAP AI certifications.
