TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive automation framework from scratch.
- Design and maintain automated UI and API test suites for transformation projects.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring complete coverage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support release readiness and CI/CD deployment cycles.
- Analyze system integration requirements across platforms like Salesforce and Workday.
- Mentor junior team members and proactively improve existing testing processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Poland
- 4-6 years of professional automation testing experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proven hands-on experience with Copado suites
- Strong analytical skills and experience with building automation frameworks from scratch
- Proficiency in test documentation, strategies, and CI/CD practices
Nice to have
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python
- Experience with Gherkin/Cucumber syntax
- Familiarity with Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence)
