What you will do

• Lead and manage a multi-shift laboratory team, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and technical training.
• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods to expand laboratory capabilities and ensure product conformity.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for complex chemistry troubleshooting and root cause analysis of anomalies.
• Enforce strict data integrity protocols and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
• Oversee asset management, procurement of reagents, and calibration of analytical equipment.
• Ensure high EHS standards, PPE compliance, and implementation of 5S methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or higher in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-pressure industrial laboratory environment.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing and scheduling a team of direct reports.
• Proven track record in analytical method development and ISO 9001:2015 program maintenance.
• Proficiency in LIMS, SAP, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to enforce strict compliance and data integrity protocols.
