What you will do

• Design and execute experiments to develop processes meeting engineering specifications for safety, automation, and yield.
• Develop hirify.globallectual property for novel transistor and interconnect architectures.
• Collaborate with industry partners to implement equipment and propose hardware modifications to mitigate issues.
• Install and qualify High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) capacity at the TD site.
• Transfer technology to other hirify.global factories via the Copy Exactly methodology.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Chemical, Nuclear, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA.
• 2+ years of experimental lab work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in equipment or instrumentation troubleshooting, development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks, model development, training, and deployment workflows.
• Experience in C# or Python.
