What you will do

• Drive equipment reliability using WCM methodology and maintenance strategies.
• Propose and implement factory investments aligned with the factory strategy.
• Develop technical knowledge, competency, and talent development plans for maintenance staff.
• Ensure installation and building safety compliance with regulations and laws.
• Manage technical purchases and optimize expenses in the spare parts area.
• Collaborate with the factory management team to achieve overall production targets.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2-3 years at a managerial level.
• Expertise in WCM methodology, production processes, and safety-hygiene-environment standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and AC/DC Motors Control and Driver.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and develop technical teams.
• Thai language proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Rayong, Thailand.
