Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Roma, Dalby, Goondiwindi, Sale, Leongatha, or Warragul (Australia).

What you will do

  • Lead and coach branch teams, including Rural Managers, Officers, and Analysts.
  • Drive business performance and customer satisfaction through effective product and service delivery.
  • Engage proactively with clients, prospects, and community stakeholders.
  • Translate external client stories into tangible business and strategic insights.
  • Meet strategic objectives for the branch, region, and Country Banking Australia.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined execution.

Requirements

  • Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
  • Strong experience as an Account Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of the Food and Agribusiness industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and management skills.
  • Proven credit analysis and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and community connectivity.
