Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid, minimum 3 days in office per week)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end group accounting and prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles with IFRS-specific entries and variance analysis.
  • Manage revenue accounting and ensure accurate revenue recognition under IFRS 15.
  • Be the primary contact for external audits, managing the audit process and resolving findings.
  • Oversee group-level tax financial statement representation and audit readiness.
  • Continuously improve financial reporting processes for efficiency and resilience.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Helsinki with hybrid presence (minimum 3 days/week in office)
  • Qualified accountant with hands-on experience in group consolidation and IFRS reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition policies.
  • Proven audit experience as primary interface with external auditors.
  • Tax literacy to translate tax positions into financial statements and engage auditors.
  • Ability to improve processes and communicate complex accounting clearly.
