What you will do

• Operate and monitor multi-territory data pipelines to ensure stability, accuracy, and timely updates.
• Implement process automation to reduce manual effort and increase operational reliability.
• Execute and validate predictive models, utilizing EDA and statistical testing to turn findings into scalable features.
• Maintain and optimize Power BI assets, including semantic modeling and DAX measures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, and Finance teams to translate business priorities into clear data requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including runbooks and naming conventions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating data pipelines and BI workflows in a cloud environment (GCP preferred).
• Advanced SQL proficiency, specifically with BigQuery on GCP (query design and optimization).
• Expertise in Power BI, including DAX and semantic modeling.
• Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration for data workflows.
• English: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Location: Ability to work from the Mexico City office.

Nice to have

• Python experience for EDA, ETL, web scraping, and applied ML.
• Bachelor's degree in BI, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
