What you will do

• Develop and execute mass market strategies for the S32 automotive MCU product line to increase market share.
• Create marketing collaterals, presentations, and strategic narratives to support global sales and distribution partners.
• Manage the quarterly marketing update for the NXP global distribution handbook in coordination with product and sales teams.
• Drive market adoption of the FRDM automotive design tool through coordinated roadmaps and enablement initiatives.
• Engage with distributors, customers, and industry forums to promote solutions and deliver technical training.
• Provide structured market feedback to business lines to influence future product development and solution requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the high-tech industry, specifically in semiconductors, embedded systems, or automotive markets.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and edge processing platforms.
• Proven ability to work effectively across internal sales, marketing, and engineering organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and globally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience engaging with customers in automotive or transportation markets.
• Knowledge of functional safety standards such as ISO 26262.
