What you will do

• Lead and manage month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Drive collection efforts and monitor aging to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Provide coaching and technical support to the accounting team.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents for statutory compliance and reporting.
• Identify and implement business process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in finance with a strong focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex financial operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
