What you will do

  • Contribute to real client projects involving AI-native application engineering and agentic workflows.
  • Design and integrate intelligent digital solutions using cloud-native and modern development practices.
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver business value through automation and process flows.
  • Participate in technical and functional analysis to solve complex business challenges.
  • Engage in DevOps and platform-thinking initiatives to streamline delivery.
  • Develop consulting skills through stakeholder interaction and active participation in the hirify.global Academy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in software engineering, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Fluent communication in Dutch or French is required.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Analytical mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to navigate both technical and business-oriented discussions.

Nice to have

  • Experience or affinity with Java or .NET.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with data and AI tooling.
  • Understanding of API and integration concepts.
  • Experience with frontend or full-stack development and automation frameworks.
