What you will do

• Develop characterization, production, and wafer sort test programs on Advantest 93K and UFLEX platforms.
• Design tester hardware for high-speed testing and create detailed test plans and methodologies.
• Collaborate with DFT/DFM teams to define and enhance yield and testability.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments to ATE formats.
• Lead test flow optimization, test time reduction, and production program releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 6+ years of test program development experience on Advantest 93K ATE and UFLEX tester platforms.
• Demonstrable experience in ATE testing, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Perl, and Linux environments.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
