What you will do

• Develop precise test cases for FILL, DRC, and LVS rules based on foundry decks using Virtuoso.
• Collaborate with PE and R&D teams to implement and enhance new Pegasus features.
• Manage deck coding and QC pattern generation for DRC, FILL, LVS, and PERC.
• Ensure the quality of the Pegasus physical validation tool by analyzing existing test suites.
• Validate code changes and integrate customer-specific cases into the regression test suite.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and supporting physical verification activities in FILL, DRC, and LVS areas.
• Proficiency in Virtuoso for pattern creation.
• Solid knowledge of foundry layout rules and device identification concepts.
• Working experience with UNIX and scripting languages such as shell and Tcl.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional groups.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SKILL programming.
• Experience with Perl or Python scripting.
