What you will do

• Develop and optimize audio test algorithms and software for lab and production lines.
• Analyze test data to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on functional specifications and test coverage improvements.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor team members on complex testing challenges.
• Manage test station setups and system integration tasks.
• Drive JDM partners to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in audio development, testing, and factory collaboration.
• Proficiency with Soundcheck or Audio Precision tools.
• Strong knowledge of Android architecture and audio methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with machine setup and system integration.
• Language requirements: Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Ability to travel for product trail runs as required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Vietnamese or Thai.
• Basic optics knowledge.
