What you will do

  • Drive digitisation initiatives to streamline and automate Daily Banking customer journeys.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and pain points to identify opportunities for journey and process improvement.
  • Manage agile delivery by maintaining backlogs, contributing to sprint rituals, and ensuring initiatives land with quality.
  • Manage issues, incidents, and product risks, implementing structural improvements across systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Operations, Digital, Contact Centre, Marketing) to deliver seamless, customer-centric outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital product management with a track record of designing and delivering digital solutions that improve customer outcomes.
  • Strong customer experience and journey optimisation skills, including analysing pain points and redesigning journeys end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with customer journey and lifecycle management (e.g., improving application flows, onboarding, and ongoing engagement).
  • Ability to drive digitisation and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills across tech, operations, contact centres, and digital teams.
  • Banking experience is not required; focus is on digital, analytical, and customer-first mindset.
