Retail Operations Intern (Shanghai)

Location: Must be based in Shanghai and able to work onsite at least 4 days a week

What you will do

• Support the retail team with point of sales material and logistics tracking.
• Assist in the optimization and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Conduct on-site photography for retail activities for documentation purposes.
• Consolidate channel sales data and prepare regular sales reports.
• Maintain and update product catalogues and licensee lists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support retail project execution.

Requirements

• Must be a 3rd-year undergraduate student or above in business, marketing, or communications.
• Must be available to work onsite in Shanghai at least 4 days a week for a minimum of 6 months starting mid-late June or early July 2026.
• Fluent in business English and Chinese (both required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must submit resume in both English and Chinese to be considered.
