What you will do

• Architect and execute the annual A&R roadmap for the China market.
• Scout, sign, and develop a world-class roster of songwriting talent.
• Champion the catalog by pitching demos and securing high-profile sync placements.
• Monitor social trends to identify emerging hit-makers and viral songwriting opportunities.
• Plan and lead songwriting camps, collaborative sessions, and industry events.
• Manage commercial negotiations for new signings and contract renewals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in A&R, music publishing, or artist management.
• Native-level fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English.
• Proven track record of successful song placements and industry network in China.
• Bachelor’s degree in music business, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work 4 days per week in the Beijing office.
• Strong analytical mindset for managing ROI and creative project data.
