Embedded SW Developer (Rust, Security): Developing and validating secure firmware and security features for ARM-based microcontrollers with an accent on secure boot mechanisms, cryptography integration, and hardware-based security. Focus on implementing security drivers and middleware using the Rust Embassy framework to protect devices against modern cyber threats.
Location: Hybrid in Brno or Rožnov p.R., Czech Republic. Candidates must have a valid visa and work permit to work in the Czech Republic.

What you will do
- Develop and validate embedded security runtime software, including drivers, middleware, and applications for ARM-based microcontrollers.
- Implement security drivers and middleware specifically for the Rust Embassy framework.
- Debug complex low-level issues to ensure the delivery of robust and secure software solutions.
- Adhere to industry security standards and best practices to maintain high software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security requirements and conduct risk analyses.
Requirements
- Practical experience with embedded programming in C and Rust.
- Solid understanding of microcontroller architecture fundamentals.
- Analytical mindset and reliable debugging skills for embedded targets and low-level software.
- Working knowledge of GIT or other version control tools.
- Valid visa and work permit to work in the Czech Republic.
- English: B2 level (written and spoken).
