What you will do

• Drive quality improvements within the growth team by implementing effective processes, tooling, and testing strategies.
• Develop and execute test strategies with a focus on shift-left QA activities throughout the development cycle.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to debug issues and ensure swift resolution.
• Work with data analysts to verify experiment results and ensure accurate data tracking.
• Act as a subject matter expert for testing and product knowledge, driving documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Must be based in China.
• Experience testing web, mobile (iOS/Android), and backend services.
• Strong understanding of complex UIs and experience defining QA processes for product teams.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and self-prioritize effectively.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Background in Software Engineering in Testing.
• Experience in project management.
• Located in Beijing or Wuhan.
