What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments, including data structuring, analysis, and benchmarking.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and develop process mapping.
• Create functional specifications for client projects.
• Coach and support new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base via publications, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual proficiency in Dutch (must), French, and English.
• Strong analytical mind with a deep interest in the energy sector.
• Interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
