What you will do

• Lead the overall production, flow, and accuracy of live newscasts.
• Communicate vision and needs to anchors, editors, and production crews.
• Craft news content and scripts tailored to the Tampa Bay Hispanic market.
• Plan and execute live shots and remotes during live broadcasts.
• Collaborate with Video Journalists on visual and written storytelling.
• Respond to breaking news with urgency and precision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or communication, or equivalent experience.
• Perfect proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Proficiency in English (speak, read, write).
• Minimum 2 years of News Producer experience.
• Proven track record in line-production and boothing live events.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
