What you will do

• Lead a team of QA engineers in the design, development, and delivery of high-performance analytics engines including computer vision and machine learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to increase the impact of SQA on the end product.
• Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Oversee the development of new manual and automated test frameworks and applications.
• Establish metrics to monitor system effectiveness and drive sound product quality decisions.
• Provide technical recommendations and time estimates throughout the full software development life cycle.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent professional development.
• 10+ years of career experience in the QA field.
• 1+ years of professional experience as a quality assurance manager in an agile environment.
• Proven track record in leading the architecture and design of enterprise-scale testing frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven testing platforms and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, Selenium, TestNG, and API/load testing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools like Rally and test management tools like qTest.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
