TL;DR

QA P4 (SDET): Lead the design, development, and delivery of automation test frameworks for a next-generation software platform with an accent on computer vision, machine learning, sensor fusion, and high-accuracy vehicle event analysis. Focus on building end-to-end quality, performance, and reliability from day one while driving CI/CD test automation, defect management, and mentoring across Agile scrum teams.

What you will do

• Design, develop, document, and maintain tools, test cases, and automation framework architecture for current and next-generation platforms.
• Plan, develop, write, execute, and automate functional and data validation test plans based on requirements and designs.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams on TDD/CI/CD development and QA environment strategy and maintenance.
• Drive technical execution and communication in Agile scrum teams, including effort estimation and milestone-based task planning.
• Lead defect management: identify problems, research issues, analyze root causes, document findings, and support resolution/closure.
• Lead technical vision for assigned product areas, mentor engineers, and train teams on new tools, methodologies, and technologies.

Requirements

• BS in Computer science (or related) or 10 years of technical experience as an SDET or similar role.
• 8+ years of applied professional experience in an object-oriented programming language.
• Experience testing N-tier application services and data platforms in an Agile development environment; strong database knowledge.
• Hands-on experience developing and testing in C# or Java.
• Experience with Appium and Selenium for test automation, including mobile test automation for iOS and Android.
• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and scaling extensible, scalable, maintainable, high-performance test automation frameworks; strong end-to-end test strategy experience.
