What you will do

• Perform set-ups and operate CNC lathes with milling capabilities to achieve close tolerances and fine finishes.
• Interpret complex drawings, including GD&T blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.
• Inspect all work performed, including setting up or adjusting gaging equipment.
• Detect unusual conditions or deviant parts and recognize errors in blueprints or operation sheets.
• Work under minimum supervision to assist in work planning and problem-solving within the cell.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• At least 4 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably with Lathe and Mill machines.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of G-Code.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic shop math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Experience with B-axis Mill Turns with main and sub-spindles.
