Senior Manager – Export Control and Sanctions Compliance (U.S. EAR/BIS)

What you will do

• Lead Export Control and Sanctions compliance for the AMEC region as the regional decision-maker.
• Provide the business with clear, actionable guidance and serve as the primary interface for compliance matters.
• Own high-risk cases, exceptions, and interactions with regulators.
• Interpret and apply U.S. EAR/BIS requirements consistently and defensibly.
• Decide routine cases and escalate complex, cross-regional, or high-risk situations.
• Align with infrastructure, strategy, operations, and regional teams on policies, processes, tooling, geopolitical direction, and consistent case execution.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Export Controls and Sanctions.
• Strong expertise in U.S. EAR/BIS.
• Proven experience making decisions in complex, high-risk environments.
• Ability to operate as a senior business partner and decision authority.
• Strong judgment and stakeholder management skills.
