What you will do

• Explore and evaluate new hardware technologies and concepts for product integration.
• Develop and implement the technical roadmap for the China-for-China (C4C) business unit.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and architecture teams to gather requirements and define new product features.
• Develop techno bricks and provide technical documentation for new product development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including embedded software, connectivity, and mechanical engineering.
• Engage with international partners and suppliers to commercialize new technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering and design.
• Strong system-level thinking for design and complex problem-solving.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and propose actionable technical solutions.
• Must be based in the Suzhou office.
