What you will do

• Develop and execute a global information security strategy aligned with corporate goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response worldwide.
• Secure SAP S/4 Hana implementations across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensuring robust authorization and data protection.
• Establish security frameworks for autonomous AI agents and manage risks related to AI autonomy and model integrity.
• Protect operational technology (OT) environments and industrial control systems (SCADA) across global plants.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board of Directors regarding emerging threats and the organization's risk posture.

Requirements

• 14 or more years of experience in running an Information Security Office.
• Senior security leadership experience within global manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Expert knowledge of regulatory compliances and frameworks including ISO, COBIT, DPD, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
• Proven track record securing large-scale ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and deep OT security experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI security frameworks and governance for autonomous systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• Experience in law enforcement and/or national security.
