What you will do

• Define product concepts and specifications for power semiconductor modules and SiP solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term product and technology roadmaps in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Partner with system solution architects to ensure performance, efficiency, and cost targets are met.
• Lead the integration of ICs and power semiconductors into advanced packages and systems.
• Provide strategic insights on state-of-the-art power management technologies and benchmark readiness.
• Report KPIs and project status to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, TX, San Diego, CA, or San Jose, CA
• Master’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in power semiconductors, packaging, and system-level integration.
• Expertise in System-in-Package (SiP) integration and AI compute power solutions.
• Proficiency in circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Spectre, PSPICE, HSPICE, or Saber.
• Proven track record in product definition through revenue realization.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive power management and 48V systems.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety standards (ISO26262 and/or IEC61508).
• Experience with PCB materials and stack-up design.
