Systems IC Architect (Advanced Power Management)

What you will do

• Own the System IC Architecture to define product concepts and specifications for power semiconductor modules and SiP solutions.
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps for Point-of-Load (PoL) power solutions in collaboration with R&D and product leaders.
• Lead the integration of ICs and power semiconductors into advanced packaging for AI compute and automotive 48V systems.
• Perform thermal optimization and electrical analysis to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Provide strategic insights on state-of-the-art power management technologies and benchmark readiness.
• Report project KPIs and status to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in power semiconductors, packaging, and system-level integration.
• Master’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Expertise in System-in-Package (SiP) integration and advanced power management.
• Proficiency in circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Spectre, PSPICE, HSPICE, Saber, or Simetrix/Simplis.
• Deep knowledge of PCB materials, stack-up, and thermal management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams and manage complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive power management.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety standards (ISO26262 and/or IEC61508).
• Proven track record in product definition through revenue realization.
