What you will do

• Research modelling methods and data for credit, climate, and ESG risk purposes.
• Analyze and determine the most efficient modelling decisions.
• Develop code to estimate risk levels using SAS, R, or Python.
• Document analyses and interpret results.
• Assist in creating learning materials and conference presentations.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, econometrics, and probability theory.
• Proficiency in coding with SAS, R, or Python.
• Experience with databases, data preparation, and quality control.
• English: B2/C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Credit Risk, ESG, and Physical/Transition Climate risk.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning methods.
• FRM/SCR certification or interest in obtaining it.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
