What you will do

• Align site demand with monthly flow downs and analyze scenarios through the IBP cycle.
• Recommend constraint parts and adjust the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure achievable plans.
• Lead rate readiness assessments, what-if simulations, and demand ramp-up analysis for leadership.
• Develop and maintain capacity tools to balance labor requirements and identify overloaded work centers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IPO Planning, and Operations to ensure consensus on production plans.
• Act as an internal consultant and educator for MRP, master scheduling, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Business or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Materials Management.
• Demonstrated understanding of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II).
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and scheduling/capacity planning tools.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills for solving complex business problems.
• Must be able to work onsite in Baguio City, PH.
