What you will do

• Develop and monitor ramp-up scenarios in collaboration with NPI and Project Managers.
• Define project milestones and track progress to ensure timely execution of transfers.
• Act as the Supply Chain representative in product change projects and align activities with stakeholders.
• Optimize production demand, supply plans, and delivery capabilities for specific product portfolios.
• Manage inventory transparency to mitigate E&O risks and handle production allocation during bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation to improve ramp-up efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in project management practices and critical path analysis.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in new product introduction or change management.
• Background in global semiconductor manufacturing.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, production allocation, and quality processes.
