What you will do
- Develop and monitor ramp-up scenarios in collaboration with NPI and Project Managers.
- Define project milestones and track progress to ensure timely execution of transfers.
- Act as the Supply Chain representative in product change projects and align activities with stakeholders.
- Optimize production demand, supply plans, and delivery capabilities for specific product portfolios.
- Manage inventory transparency to mitigate E&O risks and handle production allocation during bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation to improve ramp-up efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning.
- Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in project management practices and critical path analysis.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in new product introduction or change management.
- Background in global semiconductor manufacturing.
- Knowledge of capacity planning, production allocation, and quality processes.
