What you will do

• Support new product and process introduction and start-up readiness requirements.
• Ensure technology and product platforms meet certification and qualification standards before high-volume manufacturing transfer.
• Assist in the development and execution of foundry strategic projects by optimizing procurement and logistics processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely material delivery and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English fluency required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and cost management preferred.
