What you will do

• Lead the execution of the Maximo business plan and product roadmap for robotic solar installation systems.
• Validate commercial deployment of robotic models on utility-scale solar projects.
• Drive product improvements and define technical requirements for robotic systems.
• Manage project teams, partners, and third-party vendors across development and construction phases.
• Collaborate with leadership to secure resources and build organizational confidence in the technology vision.
• Track key installation metrics and report project status to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or science required.
• 3-5 years of professional work experience.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and ROS 2.
• Strong understanding of robotics fundamentals, software architecture, and Linux environments.
• Deep familiarity with utility-scale solar field construction and project development.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Nice to have

• MBA or similar continuing education.
• Technical understanding of computer vision, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Familiarity with PLCs and KUKA robotic systems.
