What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
  • Deploy BI solutions to production environments and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Engineer test data and support batch processing within Tableau environments.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design standards.
  • Execute quality assurance plans, track issues, and manage defect resolution processes.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to operations teams and end users.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in BI development and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in managing Tableau dashboards, data fields, and batch processing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing concepts, including unit testing and QA.
  • Proven ability to write detailed technical specifications and documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise BI implementations.
  • Background in data integration or ETL processes.
  • Experience supporting production BI environments and deployments.
  • Expertise in developing architecture and design documentation.
