What you will do

• Collaborate directly with customers to identify business needs, pain points, and technical requirements.
• Develop domain-specific technical solutions and cost cases for both simple and complex long-term opportunities.
• Support Solutioning Managers in high-level technical and business discussions with IT Directors and Line of Business leaders.
• Create innovative technical architectures aligned with industry trends to exceed customer expectations.
• Lead contract negotiations and facilitate the transition of signed deals to the engagement phase.
• Standardize go-to-market pitches and create differentiated propositions across various industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.
• Expertise in IT organizational models, governance, management, and financing models.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable technical solutions based on complex customer needs.
• In-depth understanding of infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan for a hybrid work arrangement.
