What you will do

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems and supporting components.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancement packs, OSS notes, and transport management.
• Provide architectural guidance for SAP environments on Windows Server and SQL Server.
• Analyze system and database performance to implement tuning improvements.
• Lead technical initiatives and coordinate work across functional and business teams.
• Develop technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer through mentoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience with ABAP solution architecture, installation, and configuration.
• 10+ years of experience with SAP upgrades, enhancement packs, and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP NetWeaver releases.
• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP in public sector environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ECC, SRM, BW, PI, Solution Manager, Fiori, or Business Objects.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
• Project management experience.
