Employee Finance Funders (Fintech)

Location: On-site or hybrid at the Matosinhos, Porto office, Portugal

Salary: €15,494–€22,108 gross per year based on 40 hours per week, including meal allowance

What you will do

• Process funders' financial administration accurately and on time.
• Guide internal departments in Portugal and the Netherlands on financial administration questions.
• Manage and maintain suspense accounts.
• Support senior employees and Finance Funders specialists.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of administrative processes.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education, such as Ensino Secundário Profissional or 12.º ano.
• Strong affinity with financial systems; experience with Unit4-Coda or Crescendo is valuable.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy and thoroughness.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• English at minimum B2 level is required.
• Experience working in an international context.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unit4-Coda or Crescendo.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
