What you will do
- Support cash collection activities, monitor outstanding balances, and assist with cash application.
- Support customer credit reviews, credit-limit monitoring, and credit-risk analysis.
- Maintain customer master data, perform accounts receivable reconciliations, and record financial transactions accurately.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve payment-related queries and gather cash forecast information.
- Contribute to process improvements and collaborate with colleagues across international finance teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Customer Finance and Accounts Receivable principles and practices.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
