What you will do
- Lead the digital transformation of ’s medical education business in Greater China, redefining product portfolios and business models.
- Design integrated digital/print offerings, such as adaptive learning platforms and AI-driven tools.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, partnerships, and sales enablement.
- Analyze market data to identify and prioritize high-growth opportunities in medical and nursing education.
- Collaborate with global product teams to localize digital solutions and advocate for Greater China's needs.
- Establish thought leadership through partnerships with medical schools, government bodies, and industry associations.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in EdTech, healthcare education, or digital product commercialization.
- Deep understanding of China’s medical/nursing education landscape, including regulatory trends.
- Proven track record in business model innovation, such as subscription services and outcome-based pricing.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Must be based in Beijing.
- Master’s or higher degree in medicine or STEM is preferred.
