What you will do

• Manage a team of Scientific Education managers and align education plans with business growth strategies.
• Lead and coordinate HCP activities, including KOL training and scientific advisory boards.
• Execute the country education strategy, localizing content and creating presentations for webinars, podcasts, and workshops.
• Maintain deep segment expertise, specifically in Orthodontics.
• Ensure full compliance of all HCP relationships, including contracts, reporting, and payments.
• Build close collaborations with dental associations and top universities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience leading customer education and managing KOLs.
• 5+ years of practicing dentistry or dental-related disciplines.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in China without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution, preferably in Orthodontics.
• Project management skills for executing continuous improvement projects.
