Salary: $167,500–$235,000 per year

• Independently own large-scoped projects from discovery through launch.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of core financial systems.
• Add capabilities to high-volume, fault-tolerant processing infrastructure.
• Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership and mentorship.
• Enhance testing, monitoring, and continuous deployment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex customer challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience.
• Mastery of modern server-side languages.
• Proficiency with SQL and cloud infrastructure management (preferably AWS).
• Experience supporting and mentoring other engineers.
• Experience working closely with designers and product managers.
