What you will do

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure systems including CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks.
• Develop internal enablement tools to optimize developer workflows and build processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve build reliability and live stability.
• Architect solutions for Unity-based pipelines to support rapid iteration and cross-platform builds.
• Enhance live system observability and monitoring to provide actionable performance insights.
• Drive technical excellence by identifying infrastructure improvements that reduce cost and strengthen resilience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Proven experience as a senior individual contributor in infrastructure, build engineering, or developer tooling.
• Strong programming proficiency in C# and deep understanding of Unity build systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Bamboo.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) including deployment automation and scalability.
• Experience designing systems for continuous delivery in high-scale live mobile environments.
