What you will do

• Design and produce visual assets including static images, infographics, animations, and tutorial videos.
• Analyze existing help content to identify opportunities for visual augmentation.
• Apply UX and information design principles to simplify complex instructional processes.
• Organize and maintain a high-quality library of visual assets within the CMS.
• Track performance metrics of visual assets to iterate and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with content strategy, design, and product teams to align visual content with brand goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Content Creation, or Motion Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Information Design, illustration, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design and animation software.
• Experience creating short-form video or animated content for web and mobile.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and web-based documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
