What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for retail clients and manage day-to-day communication and contractual delivery duties under a line manager.
• Construct and deliver analytical presentations with insights and actionable recommendations aligned to client business questions.
• Deliver regular reports and ad-hoc data requests accurately and on time according to client specifications.
• Stay current on industry trends, competition, and hirify.global opportunities to drive value creation for retailers.
• Adopt customer success transformation tools and modern technology to improve scale, relevancy, and speed to insight.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in research or marketing in Market Research / FMCG / Retailing industry.
• Excellent communication and consultative convincing skills in English and Mandarin.
• Consultant mindset for problem diagnosis and proposing actionable solutions based on data and data analysis.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Good presentation skills.
