What you will do

• Build and maintain self-contained AI agent skills for orchestrated workflows.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to automate operational processes.
• Create and maintain structured context files to enable accurate agent performance.
• Configure multi-skill orchestration to solve complex, multi-step problems.
• Test solutions against acceptance criteria and iterate for reliability.
• Document skill capabilities and orchestration patterns for team adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Experience building AI solutions, automations, or agent-based workflows.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM-based systems.
• Ability to create and maintain structured data files including JSON, YAML, and Markdown.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a build-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent build requests and prioritize effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or skill orchestration platforms.
• Experience with CLI tools and terminal-based workflows.
