TL;DR

Focus on building continuous improvement, implementing standard work and visual management, and leading team problem-solving and capacity planning on-site in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY.

Location: Onsite – Buffalo, NY (work on-site in East Aurora, NY)

Salary: $105,000.00–$125,000.00 annually

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end value stream operations and the Value Stream Improvement Plan (VSIP), including providing customer support as needed.
  • Maintain and improve operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and financial results.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture with team problem-solving and a learning organization.
  • Implement standard work and ensure a highly visual management system within the value stream.
  • Hold regular team meetings and provide coaching, information, feedback, and encouragement to team leaders and associates.
  • Plan capacity and resources to achieve operational goals and provide regular performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related operations role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving results and improving business performance.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing lean production and process improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen).
  • Experience coaching and developing employees through effective feedback.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills across internal and external customers.
