What you will do

• Improve key systems within the Bookings to Commissions flow, including account management and quota distribution.
• Design and implement development, test, and production environments with robust source code control.
• Build and maintain high-quality data pipelines with integrated error tracking and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, finance, and sales to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of four years of work experience in pipeline development or software engineering.
• High proficiency in computer programming and data transfer mechanisms.
• Must possess current US Work Authorization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for regular interaction with management and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically on an occasional basis.
