Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for new customer support requests.
- Drive technical issues to resolution through in-depth investigation and relationship management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product management to improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients regarding the status of open requests.
- Adhere to internal and customer-contracted support SLAs.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder).
- Capable of obtaining a US Government Security clearance if required.
- 2-3 years of previous technical customer support experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal US English communication skills.
- Ability to work US-hours shifts, including rotational and weekend shifts to cover 24/7/365 support.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines: SCM (Git, SVN), IDE (Visual Studio, IntelliJ), or CI tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, GitLab).
- Experience with system-wide deployments involving networks, servers, and databases.
- Any Salesforce certification.
- Familiarity with analyzing system logs.
