Location: Subang Jaya, Malaysia

Compensation: MYR 3,000 - MYR 3,300 monthly

What you will do

• Serve as the contact for commercial queries and coordinate timely resolution with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Analyze and identify gaps in coding, data input validation, and client instructions environments (CIP) and drive convergence of processes and tools.
• Provide accurate, timely feedback to country teams and drive SOP usage and best practices.
• Collaborate across Operations/Enablement teams to meet client expectations and satisfaction.
• Work in a virtual, multi-cultural environment with stakeholders and colleagues while supporting Korea Market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in operational areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean (mandatory).
• Strong organization, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem-solving).
• Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, charts, spreadsheets, and tables.
